we offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $125+. certain larger items may require additional fees and may not qualify for free shipping. for orders that fall under the $125 threshold, simply calculate shipping charges in the cart. 

for standard shipping we typically ship via ups/fedex ground. we require a physical address for shipping, po boxes are not accepted. some restrictions may apply for remote areas. 

we stock all items in our own warehouse in seattle, wa. orders usually ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order was placed. this does not include weekends or national US holidays. once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

all items must be unused, in original condition and in the complete original packaging. we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in the original condition. all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
