shipping policy

shipping costs can be calculated once desired items are in the cart. 

we offer shipping within the contiguous united states. for standard shipping we typically ship via ups/fedex ground. we require a physical address for shipping, po boxes are not accepted. 

we stock all items in our own warehouse in seattle, wa. orders usually ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order was placed. this does not include weekends or national us holidays. once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

our warehouse is based in seattle, wa. when purchasing within washington state we are required to collect sales tax.
